The UNC Asheville Department of Athletics will be hosting a press conference on Monday, May 7 at 4 p.m. in the Mountain Suites Room of Kimmel Arena inside the Wilma Sherrill Center to announce the hiring of Brenda Mock Kirkpatrick as the program's new head coach.
Kirkpatrick is a native of Waynesville who has been an assistant coach at the University of Florida for the past five years.
All fans of the Bulldog program are invited to be at the press conference and welcome Coach Kirkpatrick back to the mountains. If you cannot be at the press conference, we will have a video-stream of the press conference at www.uncabulldogs.com.
