The Bulldogs kept the pressure up in the second half. Asheville outscored the Highlanders 10-3 to start the second half as Atkinson scored six points to increase the lead to 52-32.

The home team built the lead to lead to 27 at 72-45 with six minutes left on an Nwannunu jumper. Both teams emptied their benches as Radford carved into the final margin.
