SAAC Spotlight - A.J. Iiames

Every week the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) of UNC Asheville will highlight a student-athlete who has achieved success off the field, court or course.

 

This week we are highlighting Andrew-John Iiames, more commonly known as A.J. He will be a rising sophomore on the men's soccer team.

 

This summer A.J. is going to be focusing on doing rehabilitation work on his knee due to an injury he suffered this past spring.

 

Throughout his time at UNC Asheville, A.J. has volunteered with Eliada Homes as well as going to the YMCA for one of his classes.

 

A.J.'s future looks bright. He wants to be a physical therapist.
