LOUISVILLE, KY. - Three freshmen cross country runners got some great experience last weekend at the NCAA East Regional in Louisville, Ky.

Head Coach Jesse Norman took two freshmen from the women's team and one from the men's team. On the women's side, Adrian Etheridge and Kasey Briggs competed in the 6K event, while Kevin Paradise ran in the 10K.

"All three of our freshmen had solid years for us and wanted them to get some more experience at the regional meet," explained Norman. "This was a great experience for all three of them and should help them get ready for track and field season."

Etheridge finished the course at a time of 23:50. Briggs posted a time of 25:17.

Paradise completed the 10K course with a time of 33:10. It was the 14th best time in school history.
