Ristic Sets School Record in Hurdles at Duke

DURHAM, N.C. - Freshman Milan Ristic set a school record in the 110 Hurdles Sunday night at the Duke Twilight Meet at Wallace Wade Stadium.

Ristic finished third in the race and his time was 14.32. The time also qualifes him for the Europe Under-23 Meet later this summer.

Ristic also ran in the 100 meters and had a time of 10.94 as he finished in 10th place against a very talented field.

Also running in the meet was Sarah Gentry. She finished in sixth palce in the 800 meters with a time of 2:15.

"We had two good results this weekend," commented Bulldog coach Jesse Norman. "Milan has had a great freshman year and this just continues it with his performance in the Hurdles.

"Sarah ran a great race in the 800 meters," added Norman.
