CHARLOTTE, N.C. (www.BigSouthSports.com) - UNC Asheville's Milan Ristic has been named the Big South Conference Choice Hotels Men's Track Athlete of the Week on Wednesday.
Ristic, a sophomore from Belgrade, Serbia, posted the League's second-fastest time ever in the 110-meter hurdles, as he crossed the line in 13.94 at the Raleigh Relays over the weekend. His time set the Asheville standard in the event as he finished third overall. Ristic's time is currently tied for seventh in the NCAA East Region.
Ristice and the Bulldogs are in action again this weekend at the Duke Invitational.
