BANNER ELK, N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's tennis team downed Lees-McRae 5-0 in college tennis action Saturday afternoon at the Bobcat Tennis Complex.
The Bulldogs (6-4) picked up singles wins from Daniel Kripak, Alex Croker, Brett Landau and Will Goldberg. All four Asheville players won in straight sets.
The Blue & White won the doubles point as the teams played just two matches. Daniel Kripak and John Schubel won at #1 doubles, 8-3. Brett Landau and Alex Croker won at #2 doubles, 8-3.
Asheville is back in action this Wednesday when the Bulldogs travel to Longwood for a key Big South battle starting at 11 a.m.
