Men's Tennis Falls to Radford, 5-2

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Defending Big South Conference champion Radford captured four singles matches and won a close doubles point to slip past UNC Asheville 5-2 in Big South Conference men's tennis action Sunday afternoon at the Crowne Plaza Tennis Center.

The Bulldogs (6-6, 0-1 BSC) were able to get singles victories from Adrien Langeard and Matt Waissen at the second and third flights respectively. Thomas Rees and Langeard teamed up win at #3 doubles.

The Highlanders won their sixth straight match and improved to 12-3 on the season and 2-1 in the Big South.

Asheville plays next at Gardner-Webb Wednesday afternoon starting at  2 p.m.
