Men's Tennis Falls to South Carolina State, 5-2

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - South Carolina State won the doubles point and two singles matches in three sets to slip past UNC Asheville 5-2 in men's tennis action at Asheville Racquet Club Saturday afternoon.

The loss snapped a five-game Bulldogs (6-4) winning streak and was their first home loss of the season. South Carolina State is 6-1 on the season.

Asheville picked up singles victories from Adrien Langeard at #1 flight as he beat Tomas Bizon, 6-3, 6-2 and Matt Waiseen at #2. Waissen downed Marko Jereminov, 7-6, 7-5.

UNC Asheville plays at Georgia State Sunday afternoon starting at 1 p.m.
