ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's tennis team won all six singles matches and took three doubles matches to down previously unbeaten King College, 7-0 Saturday afternoon at the Asheville Racquet Club downtown.
The Bulldogs (8-6) won all of their singles matches in straight sets and won each doubles match convincingly to take care of the Division I power Tornados (10-1).
Jonas Brobeck won his 10th singles match of the year at #3 flight as he downed Vitor Villar, 6-1, 6-4.
Asheville is back in action Sunday at 1 p.m. when the Bulldogs welcome Big South rival Winthrop to the ARC. Admission is free.
