ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville men's tennis team plays its final regular season home match this afternoon when the Bulldogs host Big South Conference rival Presbyterian College at the Asheville Racquet Club at 2 p.m.

Asheville (11-9, 3-2 BSC) needs a win to clinch a winning season in 2012. The Bulldogs finish up the regular season at Coastal Carolina on Saturday before hosting the Big South Conference Tournament next week (April 19-21).

The Dogs are coming off a tough weekend where they lost at Liberty (7-0) and Radford (6-1).

"We didn't play as well we would have liked last weekend, but we need to put that behind us and get ready for the final stretch of matches here leading in the tournament," stated Bulldog coach Lise Gregory. "We're still having a good season and have a chance to make some noise next week."

Prior to the match, the Bulldogs will honor seniors Jonas Brobeck and Thomas Rees. Both have been three-year starters for Asheville and have contributed heavily to the Bulldogs over the past three years.
