ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Adrian Langeard was able to win his singles match but unbeaten UNC Greensboro was able to win the doubles point and won close singles matches to down UNC Asheville, 6-1 Sunday afternoon at the Asheville Racquet Club.


Langeard downed Ahmet Sarioglu at #1 flight in straight sets, 6-4, 6-1. But the Spartans (4-0) were able to hold off the Bulldogs (3-2) in the rest of the match to stay undefeated on the young season.


Asheville is off until Friday afternoon when the Bulldogs host USC Upstate starting at 1 p.m.
