Overview: Will be a key senior for the Bulldogs in 2011...can DH, play first base or in the outfield...good power hitter who has improved with each season.

 

2010: Second on team in home runs with five and in RBI with 32...was also second in doubles with 14...played in all 52 games and earned 50 starts...had six hits in three different games...went 3-for-4 with three RBI and three doubles at Appalachian State (4-27)...had grand-slam homer at Furman (4-28)...had three hits with double, homer and three runs scored in victory at Wofford (3-4)...posted two doubles and two RBI in victory at College of Charleston (2-28)...went 13-for-26 in five-game stretch in late April where he drove in 10 runs and had five doubles...broke up no-hitter with two-run homer in 3-2 victory over Bryant College (4-6).

2009: Led Bulldogs in homers with seven and was second in RBI with 28...biggest hit of the year was two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning to give Bulldogs an 8-7 win over College of Charleston (4-25)...had two home runs and drove in three runs at Gardner-Webb (4-18)...hit two-run homer and scored twice in McCormick Field win against Furman (4-8)...scored three runs and had three RBI in home win vs. Presbyterian (5-14)...had two hits and three RBI in home victory over Central Michigan (2-27)...led team in slugging percentage at .441.

2008: Played in 25 games and earned 14 starts...used primarily as a designated hitter...had nine hits and seven RBI during the year with two doubles...had sacrifice fly in first collegiate game against Presbyterian (2-23)...had two hits and run-scoring double against Winthrop (5-16)...posted two hits against High Point (5-20) in Big South Tournament...drove in key run with sacrifice fly at Radford (4-27)...raised his batting average more than 70 points in the last month of the season.

 

Before UNC Asheville: Batted .315 with two home runs and 10 RBI as a senior following up a junior year in which he hit .478 with seven home runs and 38 RBI...Hopewell HS offensive MVP as a junior and team MVP as a senior...Lake Norman Player of the Year in 2006 and All-Conference both 2006 and 2007.
