2011: Started 12 games and made 13 appearances...was hit by a line-drive in the arm at VMI (5-13) and did not pitch the rest of the year...went 2-6 on the season and led team in strikeouts with 66...earned a save early in the year with a scoreless ninth inning in 3-0 victory over UNC Greensboro (2-22)...picked up his first victory of the season with strong performance at Gardner-Webb (3-18)...struck out nine hitters, scattered three hits and did not allow a run in victory over Runnin' Bulldogs...struck out a career-high 10 hitters and tossed a complete game win at Charleston Southern (4-1)...allowed just five hits against the Buccaneers...tied his career-high in strikeouts with 10 at Liberty in 3-2 loss to the Flames (5-5)...led team in ERA with 4.62, complete games with 3 and innings pitched (74).
2010: Asheville's top pitcher with a 6-4 overall record...led Bulldogs with three complete games...tossed the team's only compete game shutout with 3-0 victory over Gardner-Webb (5-20) late in the season that sealed a trip to the Big South Tourmanent for the Bulldogs...also pitched a complete game victory in league win at Presbyterian College (4-9) as he allowed just six hits and picked up six strikeouts with no walks...led team in innings pitched with 88...struck out 45 hitters and walked just 13...also led club in ERA with 4.40 mark...earned a save and picked up a victory on two straight days vs. Liberty...picked up the save on March 26 in 5-4 win and then defeated the Flames with complete-game effort on March 27 with 2-1 victory...first win of the year came against College of Charleston (2-26) as Bulldogs stunned the Cougars, 18-8...he pitched six innings, allowing three hits and one unearned run against a club that would win the Southern Conference.
2009: Earned three wins on the year...had all three of Asheville's complete games in 2009...was second on club in starts with 12...led team in innings pitched with 77.2...struck out 43 hitters and walked just 21...first win came in league start at VMI (3-22) where he pitched six innings and struck out five...threw a complete game victory over High Point (3-30) where he scattered 10 hits and allowed four runs...had complete game win in victory at Liberty (4-11) when he allowed just two run against hard-hitting Flames line-up...took the loss but pitched well in complete-game vs. Radford (4-5) as he allowed three runs and eight hits...went at least six innings in eight of his starts.
Before UNC Asheville: Spectacular senior season at East Forsyth with 11-1 record, 0.58 ERA and 103 strikeouts...was named team MVP and was the Metro 4-A Player of the Year...named to all-state team following senior year and earned all-conference honors as a junior and senior...was also named Forsyth County Player of the Year in 2008...won more than half of East Forsyth's game as a senior as it finished with a 20-6 overall record...led East Forsyth to two straight conference championships...holds the single-season record for wins, lowest ERA and strikeouts...junior year went 7-4 with 2.75 ERA and 60 strikeouts.
