ASHEVILLE, N.C. - The UNC Asheville Athletics Department is now beginning the process of taking applications for season-tickets for the 2011-12 men's basketball season in the Bulldogs new home, Kimmel Arena.
The highlight of the season-ticket package is the Sunday, Nov. 13 game between UNC Asheville and UNC Chapel Hill.
The only way at this time to guarantee a ticket for that game against the Tar Heels is by making a donation to the Bulldog Athletic Association and by purchasing season tickets.
For the first time, Loyalty Points are being calculated for season-ticket holders. The Loyalty Points systems allows donors, season-ticket holders, alumni and full-time faculty/staff priority when purchasing season-tickets. The Loyalty Points will determine the order in which seats are selected for each level.
When Kimmel Arena is open officially this summer, there will be a Select-A-Seat event for season-ticket holders to pick their actual seats.
Please look at the attached brochures for more information about Loyalty Points and BAA requirements to purchase season tickets.
