Overview: Has done a solid job providing depth for the Bulldogs in his cross country career...improved with each year.
2014: As a returning junior he had a strong season…running a season best of 26:52.51 (8k) at Upstate Invitational (10-4)…completed a full season for the Bulldogs running in the Big South Championships (11-1)…posting a time of 28:55.40 (8k)
2013: Competed in three meets for the Bulldogs...posted a time of 20:12 with 25th place finish at Cross Country Carnival (9-14)...ran at Big South Conference championships and had a time of 30:03.18 (11-2)...opened the season at Western Carolina Invitational (8-30) with 35th place finish at 20:12.
Before UNC Asheville: Competed at the NCHSAA 4A Mideast Regional in the 800m… he received all-conference honors for cross country as well for Fuquay-Varina.
